Introducing Abandoned Checkout Emails

Nas.io has now the tool of transforming leads into loyal members, which can result into the increase of the community's earnings. The abandoned checkout email system is an innovative feature that aids in recovering potentially lost sales and can help in fostering a thriving community.

❗Note: This feature will be released on October 3, 2024, and only abandoned checkout from October 3 onwards will be tracked by our system.

What are the emails that will be sent to the users once you enable to abandoned checkout feature?

Users will receive 2 emails. 1st email will be sent 1 hour from the time they abandoned their checkout and another email will be sent 24 hours after they abandoned checkout.

Note: Currently, the email cannot be customized. But we are continuously working on improving this feature and will update the article once it is available

How Abandoned Checkout Emails Work

Enabling this feature for your community will help you increase your sales.

  1. Log in to the Manager's portal.

  2. Go to Magic Reach tab > Automated emails.

    • Under Automated Emails tab, CMs will be able to customize the following emails:

      • Welcome message

      • *Toggle abandoned cart emails on/off

      • Approval rejection email

      • Member removal email

  3. Toggle ON the Abandoned checkout option.

    • If it's off, the system will not send abandoned checkout email

❗Please note that if a user replies to the email notification about their abandoned checkout, it will go to the community creator/owner's email address.

This way you can understand more how you can encourage them to proceed with the checkout and if they have any questions before joining your community or purchasing your product.
