Updated over a week ago

🟢 Getting Started

How do I join a community on Nas.io?

Joining a community at Nas.io is simple — but keep in mind, communities aren't publicly listed on the site.

You can join in one of two ways:

  1. Invitation Email – You may receive a direct invite from the community creator. Check your inbox!

  2. Community Link – Many creators share their Nas.io link on social media. If you see one, just click it and follow the steps.

💬 Access & Communication

How do I message the community creator?

You can send a direct message through the Nas.io portal. Just click on the message icon inside the community to reach out.

(Feature may vary by community settings)

If you are invited to a community, you can also reply to the community creator’s email and they will be able to assist you with your inquiries about their community.

Where can I interact with other members?

Once you joined a community, there are a few ways to engage:

  • 📢 Community Feed – A space to view updates or posts from the creator (and sometimes post your own!)

  • 🔥 Challenge Feed – If you joined a challenge, you can comment, post, and interact with others inside that specific challenge.

  • 💬 WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord – Some communities have group chats you can join. If enabled by the community creator, you can interact with other members in the chat group. If not, then you can use the other 2 options above to engage.

💳 Payments & Subscriptions

What payment methods can I use to join a community or buy a product?

  2. Click on your profile icon (top-right corner)

  3. Go to “My Memberships”

  4. Click Cancel next to the subscription you want to end

📦 Community Products (Courses, Events, Challenges)

How do I access a course, challenge, or event I joined?

Once you’ve joined the community:

  • Login to your Member portal

  • Click the relevant tabs (Product/Challenges/Events) to see everything available to you

For challenges:

  • You’ll unlock daily tasks/checkpoints if it's time-based

For courses:

  • Content will be available as soon as you enroll

For events:

  • You’ll receive a calendar invite once you register for an event

🛠️ Issues & Troubleshooting

My payment failed — what should I do?

Payment issues can happen for a few reasons:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Expired card

  • International payments not enabled

We recommend:

  • Trying a different card

  • Checking your bank’s settings

  • Ensuring your card supports online/international payments

What happens if the community I'm part of gets shut down?

Once a creator deactivates their community, you will no longer have access to the community or any products inside Nas.io.

If the creator plans to continue sharing content elsewhere (like a different platform), they are responsible for informing you. Be sure to check your Feed or email for any final updates from the creator.

If you encounter any issues reaching out to the Business/Community creators, please send us a message at help@nas.io and we will help you the best way we can.

Who do I contact if I have specific questions about a course, challenge, event, or 1:1 session?

If you have specific questions about:

  • Assignments or content inside a course or challenge

  • Confirming RSVP or join an event

  • Request to reschedule a 1:1 session

Please reach out directly to the Community Manager or Business Creator of the community.

You can contact them through:

  • 💬 The chat group linked in the community (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord)

  • ✉️ The messaging tool inside the Nas.io portal (if enabled by the creator)

They’ll be the best person to guide you through content, dates, or special instructions related to their offerings.
