How to Use the New Messaging Feature on Nas.io
Updated yesterday

Overview:
We are excited to announce a new way for you to communicate directly with community owners and managers on Nas.io! The Messaging feature allows you to send messages to the community owner to ask questions or get support. This feature is available on both the web and mobile versions of Nas.io.

Please note that the messaging feature will only be visible if the community owner has enabled it.

How to Find the Messaging Feature:

  1. Web Version:
You will see the "Message" button in the community page if the community owner has enabled the feature.

  2. Mobile Version:
In the mobile app, you can also access the "Message" button to send inquiries.

How to Send a Message:

  1. Click on the Message button

  2. Type your message and send it directly to the community owner or manager for a response.

What Happens After You Send a Message:

Once you’ve sent your message, the community owner will review it. If the issue requires further assistance, the owner may forward your message to Nas.io Support for resolution.

  • Nas.io Support will then review the inquiry and provide you with a response directly via email.

Note: If the "Messages" button is not visible, it means the feature has not been enabled by the community owner yet. In this case, please contact them directly through the chat linked in their Nas.io community or through their social media pages of you are not yet part of their community.

Key Benefits for Members:

  • Direct Communication: Quickly send questions to community owners or managers.

  • Easy Support: If needed, your inquiries will be forwarded to Nas.io Support for assistance.

  • Improved Experience: Get the answers you need to enjoy your community experience.

With this new feature, communicating with community owners has never been easier. We hope this enhances your Nas.io experience!
