You are in full control of your subscription on Nas.io. You can upgrade to a longer plan (like moving from Monthly to Yearly), switch tiers, or cancel your membership at any time directly from your Member Portal. You do not need to contact the community manager to make these changes.

๐Ÿ”„ How to Change Your Plan (Upgrade/Downgrade)

If you want to switch from a Monthly plan to a Yearly plan (to save money) or move to a different membership tier, follow these steps.

Note: You can only switch plans if the Community Owner has created multiple options. If you don't see other plans, they may only offer one subscription type.

  1. Log in to your [Nas.io Member Portal].

  2. Click your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select My Memberships from the dropdown.

  4. Click on the specific Community you want to update.

  5. Look for your Current Plan and click the Change button next to it.

  6. Select your new preferred plan and click Confirm.

๐ŸŽ‰ Success: You will see a "Membership plan changed" notification. Your billing will be adjusted automatically for the next cycle.

๐Ÿ›‘ How to Cancel Your Membership

If you wish to stop your subscription, you can do so instantly without waiting for approval.

  1. Log in to your [Nas.io Member Portal].

  2. Click your Profile Icon (top right) โ†’ My Memberships.

  3. Select the Community you wish to leave.

  4. Click the Three Dots (โ‹ฎ) menu icon.

  5. Select Cancel Membership.

  6. Confirm your choice.

๐Ÿ‘€ What Happens When You Cancel?

Canceling does not mean you are kicked out immediately.

  • Access Continues: You will retain full access to the community until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

  • No Future Charges: You will not be charged again when the renewal date arrives.

  • Example: If you pay on Jan 1st and cancel on Jan 5th, you keep access until Feb 1st.

  1. Q: Why don't I see a "Change Plan" button?

    A: This usually means the community only has one active plan (e.g., they only offer a Monthly option). If you want to change your billing, please contact the Community Manager directly.

  2. Q: Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?

    A: No. Currently, you must cancel and re-subscribe later when you are ready to return.

  3. Q: If I cancel, can I get a refund for the remaining days?

    A: No. Canceling stops future charges. It does not refund past charges. You will retain access until your current billing cycle expires.

  4. Q: Will I lose my community progress/history if I cancel?

    A: You will lose access to the content, but your account history usually remains if you decide to resubscribe later using the same email address.
