Good News! PayPal is Now Available for Subscription and One-Time Payments on Nas.io!

We’re excited to let you know that PayPal is now an option for making one-time payments on Nas.io! This new feature is designed to make your purchasing experience smoother and more convenient. Here’s how you can use PayPal to buy digital products and courses on Nas.io:

How to Use PayPal for Your Purchase

  1. Select PayPal: During the checkout process, choose PayPal from the available payment options.

  2. PayPal Modal: A PayPal modal will appear, prompting you to log in to your PayPal account.

  3. Log In: Enter your PayPal credentials to access your account.

  4. Choose Payment Method: Select how you’d like to pay:

    • Card Payment: Use a credit or debit card linked to your PayPal account.

    • PayPal Wallet: Use the funds available in your PayPal wallet.

  5. Confirm and Pay: Review your payment details and confirm the transaction.

  6. Redirect: After payment, you’ll be redirected back to the Nas.io page.

Using Discount Codes

  1. Enter Discount Code: Before proceeding to checkout, ensure you enter your discount code in the designated field. You can type in the discount code in "Add Discount code" field and click "Apply"

  2. Check Discounted Amount: Verify that the discounted amount is reflected in the total before finalizing your payment using PayPal.

Email Confirmation

After completing your payment, PayPal will send you an email confirmation to the email address you use to login for your Paypal account. The email will come from service@paypal.com.sg.

Please Note:

If the email address you use to log in to your community in Nas.io differs from your PayPal email, use your Nas.io login email to access the product you purchased in Nas.io. Your PayPal email does not grant access to your Nas.io community.

The PayPal confirmation email will verify your payment but will not include a PDF receipt or attachment. If you need a printed copy of your receipt, you can print the PayPal confirmation email for your records.

PayPal for Community Subscriptions

PayPal is now available community subscriptions! Members can now use PayPal, not just for one-time purchases, but for recurring payments as well such as subscriptions.

Members will receive two email notifications upon a successful subscription with PayPal. One email is reviewing automatic payment setup;


The other email would be confirmation for the recurring payment.


Changing of Membership plan and payment method

Changing membership plans and changing payment methods will both support PayPal.

  • Please note that, like other gateways, changing the payment method is limited to the payment methods available within PayPal.

If you need to change the payment method for your subscription and your current payment method is through PayPal, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Payment Change Option:

    • Log in to the member's portal. Go to Settings > Memberships > Click Change.

  2. Redirect to PayPal:

    • You will be automatically taken to the PayPal website where you can view and manage your payment methods.

  3. Update Payment Method:

    • Choose a New Card or Wallet Balance:

      • On the PayPal page, select the option to add or change your payment method.

      • You can choose to use a different card or adjust your wallet balance if you have funds available in your PayPal account.

  4. Save Changes:

    • Follow the prompts to save your new payment method.

    • Ensure that the changes are confirmed on PayPal to reflect in your subscription.

Important Notes

  • PayPal is now available as payment method for community subscriptions and one-time purchases!

  • Availability: PayPal is only available for communities dealing with the following currencies: USD, SGD, PHP, MXN, AUD, BRL, CAD, EUR, GBP, HUF, ILS, JPY. Currencies not included in the list won't show PayPal as a payment method.

Frequently Asked Questions

The discount code didn't work and I was still charged with the full amount.

Make sure that you were able to put the correct discount code in the "add discount code" option and you clicked the "apply" button.

Should you need further assistance, contact hello@nas.io. Attach a screenshot of your payment receipt, the discount code you used, and the link of what you're trying to purchase.

PayPal doesn't appear as a payment method. What should I do?

Double-check if the community you're trying to purchase from is in any of the following currency: USD, SGD, PHP, MXN, AUD, BRL, CAD, EUR, GBP, HUF, ILS, JPY, MYR. If it's not on the currency list, PayPal as a payment method is not yet supported.

However, if the community's currency is on the list, please contact hello@nas.io, together with the screenshot of what appears in your checkout page to better assist you.

Can I use PayPal to pay for community subscription?

Yes, using PayPal as a payment method for recurring payments is now available in Nas.io.

Is PayPal available for all transactions on Nas.io?

Yes, PayPal is now available for all purchases in Nas.io such as community subscriptions, digital products, events, courses etc.

However, PayPal is not available for transactions involving INR (Indian Rupees) as of the moment.

How do I pay with PayPal?

Make sure to select PayPal at checkout, log in to your PayPal Account, choose your payment method (card or PayPal wallet), and confirm the payment.

How do I request for a refund?

All refund requests must be arranged between the member and the community creator/manager. This will be subjected to approval by Community Creator/Manager.
