We have 2 types of fees applied to each purchase made in your Nas.io community.
Payment Gateway Fees
Payment gateway fees may include taxes imposed on each transaction made through Nas.io. The fees are decided by the local payment methods that Nas.io supports and by government rules in the countries with available local payment (Philippines/Indonesia/India/LATAM).
Payment gateway fees are subject to the payment method that your member uses to make each purchase in your community. These fees are deducted from your gross revenues before monthly payout is made to you via bank transfer.
❗Nas.io does not charge any additional transaction fees besides our 8% take rate.
Payment gateway fees are charges coming from the 3rd Party payment gateway we have partnered with depending on the location where the user purchased your online product.
We support local payments for the following countries and as a result, transaction fees may differ, and they could also encompass taxes or additional fees applicable to each country.

Stripe Global
Payments processed outside Philippines / Indonesia / India / LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru)
At the moment, we only support Credit/Debit Cards outside of Philippines / Indonesia / India / LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru) wherein we are processing them through our payment gateway provider - Stripe Global.

* Nas.io reserves the right to adjust the fees if there is a change from our payment provider, Stripe.
We have reduced our Nas.io take rate to 8% (down from 10%), starting from 1st August 2023, for all communities. Your payout for the transactions in August will only be charged 8% nas.io fees. Payment Transaction fees still applies as stated below.
