πŸ’³ Subscription & Membership Management

How do I change my community from free to paid (or vice versa)?

Go to Settings > Member Access to update your pricing.

πŸ“– Here’s the full guide with everything you need to know.

What happens to existing members when I change my pricing?

Existing members will keep the price they signed up with.
This means:

  • If your community was free and you switch to paid β€” early members stay free.

  • If it was paid and you switch to free β€” early members still pay.

Can I update existing members to a new pricing plan?

Not automatically β€” but you can ask them to:

  1. Cancel their current membership

  2. Resubscribe at the new price

How do I close my community or stop subscriptions without auto-charging members?

Before closing your community, it’s important to set clear expectations with your members.

We recommend using the Community Feed or Magic Reach to notify them in advance. Once your community is deactivated, members will no longer be able to access any of your products (courses, challenges, events, etc.) inside Nas.io.

If your content is available elsewhere (e.g., YouTube, Google Drive, another platform), please make sure to communicate that clearly. Otherwise, once the community is closed, access is gone.

As the creator, it’s your responsibility to inform your members.

To stop their subscriptions, here are two options:

  1. πŸ”Έ Ask members to cancel their subscriptions manually
πŸ“– Guide for members to cancel

  2. πŸ”Έ Cancel their subscriptions yourself (and issue refunds if needed)
πŸ“– How to cancel and refund as a creator

πŸ“Œ Once everything is managed, email help@nas.io and we’ll help you deactivate your community.

Can I assign managers in my community?

Yes! You can invite someone as a Manager with admin access to help run your community.
Everyone else is a Member, meaning they can access content but not manage it.

πŸ’° Payment Methods & Common Issues

What payment methods are supported in my country (like Mexico)?

We support local payment methods in many regions. In Mexico, that includes cards, Ebanx, and more.

πŸ“– Full list of supported payment methods
(Note: PayPal is temporarily paused.)

What should I do if someone’s payment fails?

Ask them to:

  • Try a different card or payment method

  • Check funds

  • Enable international transactions if needed

🏁 Challenges & Events

How do I set up a community challenge or event?

Check out these handy guides:

Can I customize the challenge duration and start date?

Yes! Inside the Challenges tab, open the challenge, click the slider icon, and set your duration, start date, and checkpoint schedule.

πŸ“Œ Please note that once a challenge started, you may not be able to edit dates/duration. If you need help on this, feel free to reach out to help@nas.io so we can assist you.

What if I run into issues setting up a challenge or event?

No worries! Just send us:
